Unfortunate cancellation of policy

I must express my deep disappointment with the decision to place my policy on notice. Over the past year, my claims have been due to circumstances beyond my control (Tornado damaging home and car, Power surges due to Eskom and house break in while fixing other home damaged by tornado). These incidents were unforeseen and unavoidable, and despite being a loyal client for the last 4 years, I now face the prospect of losing my coverage during an already challenging period.

I would like to emphasize that I have been a committed policyholder, and the recent claims do not reflect any negligence or lapse on my part. I also wish to state that many of my recent claims was unfortunately split into multiple claims which makes it seem like a lot of claims. I have been on Diamond status on Insure, Health and Money over the past few years showing that I have been a committed Discovery client.

I now unfortunately have to seek alternate insurance before month end with another insurance institute which I do not wish to do. I believe that my long-standing adherence to being a client with a good previous record should be considered in this situation.
