Unforgettably ridiculous customer service!

Delayed follow ups from the claim consultants, no response to customer queries via email, no response to claim consultants direct line, failing to respond to the Car Rental company calls or emails which caused me to get charged overdue fee for the car rental and I have to then call in order to get an extension on my car rental which is well within the 30 days rental period.

Ridiculous customer service when every other insurance company is fighting for customers.
