Unfinished business

We submitted a claim regarding damage to the gate in front of our house.

Discovery's contractor finally came out to repair it, but we are not satisfied with the quality of work and they did not finish the work. The gate's lock is also compromised.

I have enquired about when they would finish the job to no avail.

I want to nominate a contractor of my choice to re-do the job so it will look neat and be secure like it was before the damage.

This experience has been very frustrating
