Unfair treatment on my motor vehicle claim
<p>I was involved in a minor car accident but the quotation was around R115K which I felt that it was overpriced by the panel beaters. The Assesor reported that my vehicle be written off and the insurance confirmed that. I requested to buy back my vehicle and it was declined by the claims team leader citing that it was management decision. I feel that my rights were violated as a discovery client and that left me disgruntled.</p>

We have confirmed that your claim was settled accordingly equivalent to the value of the car. It is with regret to advise you that a buy back option is not part of our product offering. You may however inquire about our auctions and attempt to purchase it in that market.
