unfair treatment from discovery insure

discovery insure is not doing what they promised to do I was in an accident on April, they said they did not get the premium but the following month they debited all the premium they didn't get now when I ask for assistant they transfer to many different people. no positive response. even now the lady I spoke too said Tando will phone me as soon as he comes back at 12 now its 16:30 no call. This is what they've been doing. please I sick for your assistance . the continuing deducting from my account as well
