Unfair treatment by Discovery

I am very disappointed in Discovery Insure. For months I have paid my insurance on time. During lock down both my husband and I are on lay off and we only earn 3% of our salaries. In the month of June my debit order returns, I then request and ask to pay the premium over directly. I get told that you cannot make a payment but a debit order has to be processed. I request a forced debit order. A vehicle get ****** and they do not honour the debit order request but send me a letter of rejection of my claim. I do not think that Discovery care any bit for their customers.
