Unfair treatment

<p>I was debited tripple the amount i was supposed to be debited just because i asked them that i am going on maternity i need to know if its possible to pay in advance before i knew debit order went throught my account, they say it went out in error, now i do not have money in my account i am asking them to please refund me they say they say they will do it after 5 days. I am in hospital now i cant even reverse the debit order and even i do they will cancel my policy which i cant stay without cover. I need my money i cant get up my hospital bad and risk my babys life to give them bank statement while i already have complications in labour. I need to buy baby stuff please refund my money.</p>
