Unfair salvage value by Discovery Insurance

My dispute with Discovery is based on the fact that there was no physical inspection of the vehicle to see the amount of damage. However the insurance managed to determine the salvage percentage. I provided a quotation showing how much a company that buys damaged cars is willing to pay for the damaged vehicle. But that was not taken into consideration by Discovery. My car was written off. All I am asking for is a fair salvage value
