Unfair practice of Discovery Insure

I have to highlight the poor service and support rendered by Discovery Insure. We suffered a burglary in January and to date the matter has not been resolved. This platform is one which I am exploring to share the inefficacy, inconsistency, lack of service and unprofessionalism of Discovery insure. After months of allowing them to assist, there has been no real indication that they would want to assist the client when ample evidence exists that they were inconsistent in their conduct. After months of appeals, which i have evidence of. ************ neglect and complete proof of incompetence, i have escalated the matter to the manager, who within a day was able to investigate what proved to be a tedious process within a day ruling in favour of Discovery Insure. This in the light of proven evidence of the incompetence and irregularities which I have prove of and brought to his attention. Since is last email to me on 03 April, I have been in contact with them weekly, without even acknowledgment of receipt of communication. Once again, this evidence can be produced. When I informed of my intent to explore further platforms, I was met with yet another dismissive email and no further communique which responded to my situation and resonated my plea. It is unacceptable that one should be subjected to this and as mentioned to them, I actioned each request as per the instruction of their employees. I have requested that they access their recordings to inform them, yet I received and apathetic and dismissive response from the manager this morning when I informed him that I have no choice but to escalate this matter as a month later, I had not received word from them. This when the service which I was promised was one of compassion and understanding. I just need the public to be aware of my plight and be forewarned as I made the stupid decision to leave my former insurance provider under the guise that Discovery Insure is considered the best. Evidence of all of my dealings with them is on record and I sent it to each of the discovery officials,consultants and the manager. I am not naming an shaming as i could have mentioned names of individuals, instead I would like to remain focused on the injustice which I have been subjected to amidst an existing tragedy which we experienced. I am not sure whether this would bring about any justice in the matter, but thanks for the opportunity to voice my experience and to warn the public against the unfair practice of Discovery Insure
