Unfair Handling of a claim.
They have the worst service. They have been playing tactics in reviewing my dispute since the 22 of November 2022. When I follow up, I have been told that they never received any email with attachments. Mind you, when sending emails, I cc my work email, and when checking, there are all attachments. For weeks I have been sending the same email.
They rejected my claim saying that my tire thread is below legal limit. However, when I went to check it myself, it was around 2mm. I do all my annual checks at Tigerwheels, and it was said my tires are fine and acceptable. No recommendations were given. Secondly, their response is based on the after effects on an accident. during an accident whereby a car keeps on skidding sideways, the tires experience a lot of stress, which may leave marks on the tire.
I Would not recommend them to my worst enemy, for 2 months I can go to work due to this.
