Unfair deduction of points

For no apparent reason points are deducted if a trip is considered uncovered. On 29th August 2024 a 7.71 km trip was recorded for 11:38 - 11:52. The return trip using the same car with the same cellphone is shown Uncovered at 13:01 - 13:17. However on another day 3 trips were recorded the first and last trips were normal but the middle one was "Uncovered" and this time no points were deducted. Please explain.
