UNFAIR ************** AS A RESULT OF A HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT

I had a claim last year where another driver drove into me. It was not my fault, instead Discovery's legal department advised that they do not call 3rd parties. Earlier this year my car was written off, and still I was penalised. I spoke to a claims consultant this morning as the last accident still haunts me, only to find out that no insurance is supposed to put you worse off than what you were (I work for a broker in the marketing department). Discovery put me back on blue with both accidents, meaning I do not get all my miles, nor do I get the petrol payback on Diamond, which I was. Now I have to work myself back up the ladder. I had to put new tyres on my car, and penalised there too as I was put back on to blue. How is this possible??? I want Discovery to reimburse me on everything that was supposed to have accumulated since the 1st accident. I refuse to accept this as this is completely unfair! My car was written off, only to find it in Pretoria not even a month after the accident, repaired and driving around. I need someone to get back to me ASAP!!!!
