unexpected car insurance before unniverssary and one can give me straight answer about it.

Id no: *** Ntetha F.N In March 2016 received e-mail that my insurance premium will increase from R1392 as from 01/05/2016 it was not explaining anything why it increasing...my debit order runs on 25th monthly on 25th Discovery insure debited R1545 I don't know why as it was not the 1st as yet and it was unsuccessfully since my account only had R1400 waiting for my R1392 premium...I called Discovery only to wait for over 20minute and no one can come up with any explanation for my my increase and it even wors my anniversary it iz in 04/12 that means I will have 2 increment in one year. ...even Claims Department failed to give me explanation in a way that I was told to forward the e-mail I received about my premium increase why Discovery doesn't have that e-mail? WHO SENT IT AND WHY? myb I have to shop around for another insurance because it seems as if Discovery any one is allowed to do as thy pleased with client account obvious by December when I reach my 1st year anniversary I will be paying more than R2000 for my car if it being increased by Discovery Gost who can't be found ,with no reason for increased as in now I doubt I will refer anyone to this insurance because the're can't even respond to emails if enquiring.
