I had an terrible accident with my car, we took the car for assessment at NetAssess as per Discovery instructions, 1st of all when I arrived I was told that they cannot locate my booking at their system of which I had email from a lady Lesogo who was handing my claim no : *** who gave all details, 2ndly after 2 weeks later when I went to check on my car it was not touched by panel beater CK Couchworks as they claimed they waiting on authorisation from discovery, apoligised and they advised they will prioritise the repair, 3rdy yesterday they called me to collect the car when I arrived the car is a mess, still have dents on the back left door and at the back. The panel beater is claiming that it was not reported on the assessment. YOU ARE ****** THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE. Bare in mind that you increased my premiums. I left the car there yesterday, I am not paying excess fee of R3500 for half done job. I will take legal action against Disvovery , I will not collect that car up until you fix it correctly.
