********* business practise
So i was quoted R 1,061.60 for car insurance and it says so on my contract but i was billed for R1188.62 and i sent the below email on the 27th June to you guys but no one has gotten back to me yet

Why am I being charged R1188.62 when clearly it states in my policy that the amount agreed upon was R1061 and no one informed of the R150 that's going be debited
This is ********* business practice and I want my money back and why this was the case
