Discovery is an ********* company to deal with. Period. Every reason not to pay out your claim. They charged me a 20% excess on my motor vehicle which was in excess of 150k for something is said, after an accident. Yet I was fully comprehensively insured. Never will use them, again. Neither will I recommend them, and I will caution everyone I know about getting discovery insure.
