In September I was contacted by an agent from Blue Mercury who is a registered agent for Discovery insure and was offered insurance for both cars and my household contents at a rate that was R1000 more than my current insurer but the agent insisted that if I fill up at a BP filling station and use more than R1500 per car per month(which we do) we would automatically get R750 per car back in cash which would then mean I would pay about R500 less than my current premium.
