Unduly enriched
On the 5th of September 2023, I sold my Hilux on a private sale the buyer bought it in cash, and I transferred the tracking device as well to the new owner. The debit order for the monthly premium had been going off my bank account till January 2024 when I canceled. I had the opportunity to speak with Thabang Mpayana whom we sent the details about the sale of the vehicle on the 29th of January 2024. He hasn't responded with anything be it a refund or any sort. Why must I do star jumps, lick my elbow, and back flips when I haven't claimed for anything on the policy?

23 Feb 2024, 10:22Well, it's quite evident that Discovery has no intention of refunding me. Rhulani promised me the moon and sky. Here I am typing out another review after I spent 20 minutes on the phone yesterday following up on an email that was sent a week ago. Time and money that I will never get back. All i want is my money back simple as that!
