Unbelievable Bad Service - Alexa-Rae Naidoo

I always thought Discovery insure was the best insurance company in SA, little did I know that their service would drop to a complete zero after I had my first accident.

I have sent 2 emails to my claims consultant, Alexa-Rae Naidoo and both have been ignored.

Last week I sent an email to Alexa and got an out of office reply to say that she is on training, I called into the call centre and was assisted by another lady who really didn't know what I was talking about, I have still not received a response from Alexa who is supposedly my claims consultant.

This morning I sent another email and still no reply or any form of communication or acknowledgement.

This is not the service I expected to receive as a paying client. I have been in contact with the workshop and am extremely grateful for the help they have offered and the regular feedback I receive from CK Coachworks.

Discovery your service is what is making rethink continuing business with you.
