Every single interaction I've ever had with them - from sign up to claims to roadside assistance - was fast and efficient with the warmest service I've ever experienced from a call centre. Ntabiseng Mokgatle stands out today as a real credit to her company but all the people I have dealt with there have been the same (so sorry I didn't make note of names all along).
