Unauthorized ITC check

I just checked my ITC score and I see my credit rating has been affected by an unauthorized ITC check done by Discovery Insure on 24/02/2021. Someone needs to explain who gave them permission to run an ITC check when I am far from interested in any of their product offerings. I want this rectified and for my name to cleared before I take this to the Ombudsman and take it up further with the FSCA.
