Unauthorized early premium deduction

I have been with Discovery Insure for years and I have never been this disgusted by their service. They effected an early premium deduction without my consent and my bank charged me R200 for that as there was no money in my bank account. Kay Ogle sent me a letter stating that I opted for that option and they will not refund my R200. That means that I am a drunkard, I don't know what I consent to according to him. Why would I waste my time informing them of the issue if I opted for it? I need Discovery Insure to send me a recording when I consented to their early premium deduction. This is the first time ever I get such a nonsense response from a customer service personnel.
