Unauthorized Direct Debits

Discovery Insure started taking Direct Debits from my account without Authorization. I am still with other insurer so payed double on 2 vehicles. I was refunded the first month but it just went off again. This is unacceptable and ********! You cannot just take money from a persons account. How is this possible!!!!!
