Unauthorized debut order from Discovery insure

In May I was enquiring about a Discovery insurance quote. I had been informed that I would have 2 months to go through the information and accept or reject the policy. After 2 weeks I notified Peroshin Achayya by email to cancel the quote and NOT have the policy incepted. He confirmed that the policy was canceled. Regardless it seems the policy has been incepted and an amount of R2100 has been debited from my account this month in October,5 months later(strange). I have made contact with him to have this rectified and my money refunded yet it has been over 3 weeks and I have had no refund as yet.Peroshin Achayya is ignoring my calls and not responding to my emails now for 2 weeks. I have had contact with the other brokers but aparently they can't help me and I always just get a respond we will ask him to contact you. Worsed service ever and I'm still waiting for my refund................
