Unauthorized debit orders

I was working with a consultant from Shared Value Brokers around a quotation for Discovery Insure. During discussions around a quotation the consultant submits without my authorization and now a debit order has been taken off my account. I have waited for 6 days and still not have received my refund without an explanation as to why they even debited me without authorization and now I must wait for my money. What if I didn't check my bank account. This is ridiculous and basically *****ing. I would never advise anyone to deal with this broker.
