Unauthorized Debit order C track and Discovery Insure

Discovery Insure has facilitated a debit order as they put it for a penalty fee for C track. My tracker was meant to be removed but I cancelled the appointment as I stayed on with Discovery. I informed C track of this and of course Discovery know because I re instated my policy and did not move across to Mi Way. It is ********* that they collect for C track in this way.
