unauthorised debit order

<p>i called discovery insure on the 24th November 2016 for a quote to insure my air rifle and accesories. they quoted me. it was about R75 more in addition to my existing policy. i then called on 7th December 2016 to activate this on my policy as i was happy with the amount. i spoke to the consulatant and asked him just to ammend the wording of the specified items, which he did. the next thing i know is that the policy then jumbed from R75from the quote on the 24th to R211. bear in mind that no other changes were made (value of items). he then said he couldnt find the problem and would need to escalate this. he sent me an email and said it would take 4 hours to get a responce. the only responce i got was this morning when i saw the R211 was debited from my account and has now placed me in overdraught. this is total BS. if this is not corrected today 9th december, i will be going to the ombudsman as well as the media with this. who is going to pay for the overdraught fee i now will incur thanks to this ******* debit order? sort it out discovery. plus if i stay on with you guys, the quote for the 24th november must stand as i have this in writing.</p> <p>thanks'</p> <p> </p>
