Unauthorised debit order

<p>On wednesday morning i noticed that R1503 was missing from my account. Upon my investigations i found out it was Discovery Insure. I currently have 1 car insured with them and my debit order goes off on the 25th of Every month. Tuesday i called for a quote on a car im planning to buy but i made it clear to the consultant that i'm still shopping around. He then gave me a quote of R2001 of which i told him that i will call them once i take delivery of the car.</p> <p>After calling them on Wednesday to enquire about the debit order, they promised to get back to me in order to resolve this unauthorised debit order issue. Today it's friday and nobody has bothered to call me back about the refund.</p> <p>That money was meant for my travelling expenses to Bloemfontein for tonight and now i cant attend my personal matters because of YOU People. I'm very disappointed and planning to move all my business to another company.</p>
