Unacceptable service from Discovery Travel Insurance
I called Discovery Travel Insurance ***this morning trying to get travel insurance. In addition to wasting my time waiting on the line for more than 15 min, a rude agent by the name Sam answers the line, only to chit chat in the background and then drop the line. Is this how Discovery travel insurance treats customers? Very annoyed and dissapointed by a company I thought hold high service for its customers!

02 May 2023, 10:58Whilst I appreciate the feedback and the apology, this does not tell me how you are going to ensure you have agents that are super focused on CX. Meaning I may be dealing with agents like Sam in the future.
