Unacceptable service

My vehicle was ****** on Saturday the 28th of February, SAPS did a fantastic job of recovering the vehicle within minutes of the theft. Thumbs up for Bedfordview SAPS I was very impressed. SAPS took the vehicle to the police depot. Monday the 2nd of March I reported the theft at Discovery Insure as they are only open during office hours. I asked about the process and it was explained to me that my vehicle will be fetched from the police depot on Tuesday the 3rd. Wednesday I phoned and Discovery told me they have not collected the vehicle yet but it will be done same day. Friday they told me the same story
