Unacceptable : Discovery Insure does not respond

I lodged a third party claim with Discovery Insure. After completing all the assessor documentation they just do not respond, that is in spite of telephonic and automated commitment dates. Been requesting a response since 22 May. They seem incapable of responding to e-mails
