UNACCEPTABLE DELAY WITH MOTOR CLAIM
<p>The claim was reported 23 November and three weeks later my car is not even assessed nor repaired.</p>

We confirm that the vehicle was assessed and due to the nature of the incident detail validation had to take more time, which are processes that we cannot circumvent. A decision on the claim will be reached soon and you will be notified of it in due course.

Thank you for the feedback, I am not accepting the settlement amount that was sent to me.
The vehicle was not assessed yet and I did not receive any detail on the damage to the vehicle.

STILL without a vehicle.......Another month later !!
The claim was approved on 14 December and a month later the vehicle is not repaired and the current
feedback on Discovery's website is " Estimated completion 27 May " Is Discovery paying my expenses
to get to work ? I am paying my premium while my vehicle is at the repairer and I am without transport...
