Unacceptable Delay in Claim Resolution from Discovery

I am appalled by the unacceptable delay in resolving my claim with Discovery. One of their employees was involved in an accident that damaged my car, and despite their promises, I've been left waiting for months.

In January, I submitted all the necessary documentation to Mathapelo Bokaba, the handler assigned to my case. I was assured that the claim would be resolved within 15 working days. It's now March, and I've yet to hear from Discovery or receive any update on the status of my claim.

The lack of communication and follow-through is staggering. As someone who has been affected by the actions of a Discovery employee, I expect a higher level of service and accountability. Instead, I've been met with silence and delay.

I hope that someone from Discovery will take notice of this review and take immediate action to resolve my claim. It's unacceptable that I've been left waiting for so long.

To make matters worse - she does not respond to my e-mails nor return any of my calls. I AM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED AT THIS. PLEASE SOMEONE RESOLVE THIS TODAY!!!!
