Unacceptable Customer Service
I logged a premium payment query 13 May 2024. Firstly, the consultant (Lefu) told me via email that l have to phone because they cannot phone me. I phoned first time, and second time and spoke with Gift l was told that my issue will be escalated to accounts who will contact me within 24-48hrs. As l write this no one has contacted me with an update since 13 May 2024

What is ****ing me off no feedback and l got a letter to say l did not pay my premium and yet it was paid.

Today is the 22 May 2 days again down the line no one has contacted me this is total both unacceptable and unprofessional at its best.
