Unacceptable

Good day all would just like to ask your opinion i had an accident with my car on the 03/10 the car was declared a write off on the 13/10 pay out had to be releaseds on the 23/10 today i am still with out a car and with out my pay out. The person that was deeling with my claim was out of office from the 23-28/10 and they have still not done anything, i have not had any call backs since. And i have spoken to 3 people to get this sorted in the past week. This is unacceptable for a pay out to take a month? I had to borrow a car and uber from home to work every day and this is money from my own pocket i don’t mind paying it for a week or 2 but this has just been taking to long. A month with out a car and me and my partner both rely on my car to get to work,shops,appointments ect.

And how do i log a complaint?

I sent this on Friday to them personally and nothing happen yet i am very disappointed with this type of service.
