Unable to register a claim as i cannot get hold of anyone willing to assist

I have been trying to register a claim with discovery insure since the beginning of the week. The phone lines just rings. They did not respond to any of my emails. The one chance I got through and spoke to a claim advisor and she said she would call me back and didnt. Absolutely fed up.
