Unable to provide courtesy car

I have submitted a claim to discovery after someone broke into my car,claim was approved sent to PG glass,the glass can only be ordered from Germany which will take minimum 3 weeks to arrive,i went back to discovery they are refusing to assist with a courtesy car as it is their policy to only provide courtesy car if the car is damaged.They said i can order the glass myself wherever i find it but the glass is not available in SA.i feel like they do not care,how do i commute for the next 3 weeks,i pay insurance so that in cases like this i can get a required assistance not to be told to make a plan.
