Unable to process my insurance claim
Good day, I trust you are well. Can I please get assistance with my Claims because it's been 3 months waiting for feedback from you guys.
Tried reaching out today and I got a feed back that the person handling matter is out of office. It's been 3months for heavens sake @discoveryInsure
I am not happy with the service I got.

The sad part is that I even spoke to the manager he asked me questions about the accident after I called requesting the status of my claim he went on and asked for accident scene pictures after that he never responded as usuall like they always do since l claimed
