Unable to load discovery vitality rewards

My discovery rewards have never worked since 2019. The main problem being the launch of discovery miles this year. I logged a call on 25/02/2020 and got reference ***. The error message showing is "unable to load vitality active rewards". I was asked to remove and install new app and clear cache, i emailed back to say it didn't work. Nobody responded thereafter.
