Unable to get car correctly repaired after it was already supposedly repaired.

<p>My daughter had a little bumper bashing some time ago. Eventually after being given the run around month after month with Discovery, the vehicle was sent in to their panel beater of choice who seemed reputable.</p> <p> </p> <p>Three to Four months later after numerous visits and refusals to accept the vehicle due to the quality of work being way below sub standard, I picked it up as we desperately needed the vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>The panel beater had multiple opportunities to correct the issues and fix the vehicle as it should have been. Not only is the quality of the work unacceptable, but the vehicle is still not right, the aircon doesn't work, they have lost the spare wheel, the 'new' headlight turns out to be a used unit which was repaired and fitted, the vehicle has bird poo damage on the roof from sitting for so long, the paintwork is really poor and the worst part is the front end alignment is still not right.</p> <p> </p> <p>Discovery insist on palming this off to the assesors who insist on me taking the car back to the same panel beater for them to sort out after they had 3 to 4 months of trying. Discovery never call me back, I have been calling them every week for the past 4 weeks or so with not one call back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not want the vehicle to go back to that panel beater and Discovery should be accountable to their customers rather than palming them off to a 3rd party to make decisions for them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not sure where to go now, but I am extremely disappointed with Discovery.</p>
