Unable to change license type

About a month ago I got a quote for a new motorcycle and it was not to bad but they had my license as A1 learners even after I had changed it several times to type A. Days leading up to me taking delivery on two separate occasions I advised that my schedule is wrong and both times it premium came down. On the 27th of July I again called to have that corrected just to be Informed that if I change it to A license the amount will be double than the quote of R500 plus. Since then I have sent numerous mails to get clarification without results. This weekend I received three emails, two with a updated schedule and one stating that the license was changed from A1 learners to A but both schedules are still A1 learners. I am at a loss. From receiving excellent efficient service to nearly a month of struggling to get a license type changed is ridiculous.
