Un-authorised debit order on Policy not confirmed by client

A quote was requested by my partner Clinton Volkwyn from the consultant Daisy Ntsudisane on the 21/06/2022. This quote was only an enquiry which was never agreed to or requested to be implemented. But this debit order went through on his account on Sunday??? How did this be allowed to happen. Now my partner has spent the whole morning trying to have this debit order reversed as well as refunded. Is this the type of ********* sales experience Discovery Insure is offering?
