In Aug 2023 Discovery (FGro) quoted my spous for house and car insurance. We declined the offer twice via email. Once on the 28th of Aug and again on the 30th of Aug. Suddenly they started deducting R2000 plus from her account. We never consented to the insurance or signed any documents. We made it clear that we are not interested. We have sent numerous emails to *** but they do not even have the decency to reply but are more than willing to take unauthorized money from our account every month. I will never recommend Discovery or FGro to anyone.
