Uber discount
I have already reported this on HelloPeter and got the standard reply that they are looking in it to it. I haven't heard from anyone. After phoning / emailing over 10 times, I have been promised that staff members will call me back, but I have not had one call back.
I have not been receiving my uber discount for over a month. I have reported it several times - they keep escalating it to their Systems Department, but nothing ever happens.
Their service is shocking.
