Tyre repair kit ******

My Dq tracking device was installed by a mobile tech on 4 September. The car is a new BMW and i noticed today that the tyre repair kit (BMW mobility kit) is missing, the first aid kit has been placed where the mobility should be (next to the battery in the boot), so when i did a quick check after the installer finished everything seemed fine and in place in the boot.

The dq track installer was the only person other than me to have access to my car and im affraid it has been ******.

Please let me know how this can be resolved

Also the car is only washed by myself so there is no way anyone else had access to it other than me and the person who installed the dq track. I did notice he seemed a bit uneasy when I wanted to shake his hand afterwards and thank him for doing a good job. I make sure never to leave any valuables in my cars when they are having work done or going in for service but I never thought to remove things like spares etc. from the boot in case it might get ******. I have been a happy Discovery Insure customer for almost 3 years but this is very disappointing to have this happen to a new car. Please please let me know if you are able to replace my mobility kit.
