Typical bad service at it best

Repirted an accident on the 07 March 2018. I have to beg for update /them to get settlement from standard bank. I only gethe feedback on begging. My wife is car less tomorrow can't go to work but never heard anything from them to date.
She does have money to pay insurance and the car because she can't work anymore. I was helped by the intended know more tshepo guy who is always not there when I phone.
Can my car be settled and my insurance cancelled please. Claid number ********** .
