Two Premium Increases in one year

Discovery Insure has increased my premium twice in a matter of months. In June 2022 the first "annual increase" was app****, I then called the Retentions department and they claimed that they couldn't apply any discounts, but I can change my cover from Comprehensive to Essential, which is what I did. In July I paid the reduced premium, then a few weeks ago I received ANOTHER increase letter. When I called the Retentions department (today 5 Aug 2022 at 10:41) to query the second premium increase I was informed by an agent, who referred to himself as "Darryl", that the first increase was due to "the state of the economy and the cost of parts" and the second increase is my "anniversary increase", but when I asked other Discovery Insure members in my close circle of family and friends whether they also had two premium increases this year they said "No". So WHY AM I THE ONLY ONE who had TWO premium increases IN ONE YEAR? When I told "Darryl" (who is from the department whose sole purpose is to retain existing Discovery Insure clients) that I will be cancelling my Discovery Insure policy, his response was "OK". Discovery Insure is the definition of a company who doesn't care about their customers.

Your reply states "In determining a premium many factors come to play which ultimately yields to one aspect; your risk profile. " What is the risk profile of someone who HAS NOT CLAIMED IN FIVE YEARS and drives less than 5000km per year?? The last time I submitted a claim to Discovery Insure was in 2017!!
If this is how you treat clients who hardly ever claim, I'd hate to see how Discovery Insure treats customers who do claim.
