Two minds

I am still not convinced that your driving algorithms always make sense. Today you penalised me for ‘cornering’…I was going as slow as I could without causing frustration to other road users. I was going down a hairpin turn at around 40km/hr. Would you rather next time I get out and push the car down the slope? I am questioning the effect this app and penalties have on healthy driving habits. As a result of this, I will think twice before abruptly stopping at an orange traffic light…I will lose points for severe braking you see, but skipping an orange/red light attracts no penalties. I do however realise that this is merely a game, and if I am ever unfortunate and need to claim, that it will he smooth sailing, because after all it is insurance for a vehicle and not just fun and games.
