Twice the Charm....Excellent

I had a claim put through to Discovery insure for my "heat pump". I called on Monday, sent through both the damage report & the quotation I had received on Wednesday. By late Wed evening, Kelebogile Dube (from claim department, Sandton branch) still processed everything and sent me the document to sign to authorize payout. I sent through the signed document the Thursday morning and in less than 1 hour, she had confirmed that my payment had been requested.

Needless to say again my experience with Kelebogile Dube (Claim department, Sandton branch), was still TOPS, super fast and more than I expected. I was very impressed and everything made easy for me and my family. Thanks Kelebogile for your professionalism and speedy response to my claims put through, you are just AWESOME!!!
