TV claim 10/10

I recently had to claim for my TV. As I haven't gone through the process before, I naturally had a lot of questions. The claims agent who assisted me,Claiirese Hewitt, was super helpful and knowledgeable from the start. During our first phone call She explained how the process works in great detail,and was very knowledgeable when I asked her questions. During the process of the claim(it took about a week from start to finish), she would call every day with an update. This eased my mind and was very helpful.

Great service, super friendly and kind, I can tell she's a good person.
